Yield: 1 Cup

1/2	c	Mayonnaise
1/4	c	Pickle relish
		2 TB chopped parsley
		1 TB lemon juice
		1 TS prepared horseradish
		1/4 TS salt
2	dr	Tabasco

Blend in a bowl the mayonnaise, pickle relish, parsley, lemon juice, horseradish, salt and Tabasco. Refrigerate for several hours to allow the flavors to blend.
